1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of tours and experiences through enjoyourtour.com, operated by Fco Javier Vilches Chacón, trading as EnjoyOurTour (NIF 15440639A) — full identification details are available in our Legal Notice. Completing a booking means the User has read and fully accepts these Terms, together with the specific price, date, and cancellation conditions shown for that booking.

2. Intermediation and Nature of the Service

EnjoyOurTour acts as an independent booking intermediary. It is not the official operator of any museum, monument, or attraction referenced on the Website, and any such names are used only to describe the experience on offer, not to claim an affiliation that does not exist. The bookings made through the Website are confirmed through authorized suppliers and channels; the contract for carrying out the activity itself is between the User and that underlying provider. What the User pays EnjoyOurTour for is the value the intermediary adds: comparing and securing availability across destinations, managing the booking, confirming access to the experience, and providing customer support before and after the visit.

3. Contractual Capacity

Only Users who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract may complete a booking. Minors may browse the Website but may not book or provide contracting data on their own behalf.

4. Booking Process

Before payment, the User is shown the essential terms of the service — price, date, time, and cancellation conditions — and must provide accurate, complete information to complete the booking. A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed, and the confirmation email sent to the User is proof of the contract. The Owner may decline a booking for objective reasons, such as unavailability of the service or a problem with the payment.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are shown in euros and include the total amount payable — taxes, service fees, and booking-management costs included — unless stated otherwise, and may differ from the price offered directly by the official provider. Payment is made through the payment methods enabled on the Website, processed by secure third-party providers; the Owner does not store full card details, and by completing payment the User authorizes the full amount shown to be charged.

6. Customer-Provided Data

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when booking, including the names and details needed to confirm a nominative booking. Once confirmed, such bookings are personal and can only be used by the person named, and the Owner is not responsible for denied access caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent data supplied by the User.

7. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

Cancellation, change, and refund conditions depend on the specific service booked and the policy of its underlying provider, and are shown to the User before payment. In line with Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 — and, for Users in other EU Member States, Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU — the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services tied to a specific date, which the User acknowledges by completing a booking. Users outside the European Union remain entitled to any mandatory protection under their own jurisdiction's consumer law.

8. Force Majeure

The Owner is not liable for a total or partial failure to perform these Terms where this is due to force majeure or any circumstance reasonably beyond its control, such as natural disasters, administrative restrictions, strikes, or the closure of the venue or attraction concerned.

Any question, incident, or complaint about a booking can be sent to info@enjoyourtour.com. Users resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Acceptance of These Terms

Completing a booking on enjoyourtour.com means the User has read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, together with the cancellation policy shown for the service booked. The Owner may update these Terms from time to time; any booking already confirmed remains governed by the Terms in force at the time it was made.
